The hotel was just next door to central market, china town and CBD thanks to its marvellous and decent location. Furthermore, easy to get a bus or walk into the centre to get trams to the zoo or Glenelg for the beach:)))

Location: the hotel was not far from the many Asian restaurants in Gouger street and the Central markets. I tried some drinks at bar Prince Albert Property, located 5 minutes walk away. The room was spotlessly clean and cheap and offered a kettle, a storage and a kitchenette.

in overall, the place is perfect, has excellent and best staff on unreliable receptionists. the room is well priced. good location if you want to visit a cathedral and an art gallery walking distance to the hotel. it is located walking distance to pubs and a stadium.

The room was neat and compact with an openable window facing the laneway. Queen bed and great water pressure were a plus. The hotel had a karaoke bar onsite. Great and easy location. A tram station was an easy walk to the property.

The parking was convenient on the street. The room was a decent size. Truly enjoyed the room with a bath. The location was particularly good and excellent, close to everything including dining precincts, a cathedral, and an art gallery within walking distance. Had soft drinks in the karaoke bar in the evening.

Good feeling of security within the building and in the room. As my room was well within the building, it was well insulated from noise and weather. The usual amenities were supplied in the room. Walking distance to Central Markets and Chinatown. Lots of food options.
Walking from Reception to the next building by way of the small lane would be difficult in bad weather. It is not sheltered. Also a bit scary for a woman to walk there, especially as the next building is a casino. I worry about drunks or muggers hanging aroiund there. Once I get into the building, it's all right.

The location was very convenient as there were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. , it was nice to find an eco-friendly room that was clean and reasonably priced.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit daunting as it required going through a side alley and this made me feel uneasy walking alone at night. there was no outside facing window in my room, which gave it a bit of a closed-in feeling.

The hotel offered convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. It was possible to catch a bus or walk into town for sightseeing, and the botanical garden was within reach. The room was clean and tidy, offering all needed amenities, and the staff was friendly.
The hotel lacked in facilities and provided only basic accommodation with no luxurious features.

The location suited us fine with all restaurant in walking distance, the hotel was very quite and very clean.
the room had two lounge seats that were not very comfortable and also I took the kitchenette to have full cooking facilities and it had a micro oven only but I was given a elect frying pan so it was ok

Very clean and comfortable. No fancy trims, but not lacking anything. Kitchenette with microwave very handy! Good location. Few blocks to Central Markets and 20 min walk to Rundle Mall. May be a bit far if not very mobile, but fine for us. Nice and quiet location. Right off main road to drive all over Adelaide. Close to airport. Would stay here again in a flash. Great value!
Not a big deal but window looking out on small concrete "courtyard" that all hotel rooms open onto. No view, but at least fresh air window.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional, especially considering its location along Adelaide's vibrant restaurant strip. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, ensuring that your needs are met. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast that is worth trying.
Everything was satisfactory, no improvement needed.
